Empowering leaders to improve their performance and inspire their teams using evidence-based and bespoke neuroscience solutions.
PEAK PERFORMANCE MASTERCLASS
Become a more effective problem solving leader
The first thing that comes to mind when considering this topic is a famous quote by Alvin Toffler, who stated that "the illiterate of the 21st century would not be those who cannot read and write but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn". The critical point from this quote is that leaders need to understand that they can only operate at peak performance when they are willing to learn new things, unlearn old things, and relearn (or automate) healthy behaviours.
Although the application of neuroscience in leadership and performance has only taken off in the last two decades, this new field (Neuroleadership) has already provided new insights into becoming an abundant leader who can override scarcity thinking and employ the brain's agility to think differently and solve problems.
This course is designed to help leaders understand how they can improve their personal and professional performance by altering the neuronal networks that underpin their emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and cognition as leaders. It comprises activity-based sessions that will train leaders to become more effective problem solvers.
In this program, leaders will be exposed to bespoke neuroscience insights and strategies, making them more resilient and effective and consistently perform at their peak. These strategies will also help leaders communicate effectively with their teams and unleash their brain power to drive and translate their personal or organizational vision into reality.
We will explore the different brain states required for peak performance, including the best states for arousal, emotion, and decision-making. We will also take a deep dive into strategic decision-making, emotional regulation, high-performance habit formation, and neuroplasticity, which are essential for enabling personal and organizational transformative change.
Having a robust understanding of how the brain works and the impact of a leader's actions on the brains of other people will help them work smarter and not harder to achieve results. The goal of this course is also to help leaders stop repetitive patterns of behaviours that limit them from maintaining peak performance.
