Jumoke Adenowo (Arc) is a multiple award-winning architect with over three decades of industry experience. Described as Africa’s ‘starchitect’ and trailblazer when profiled by CNN and BBC, she is one of Africa’s most outstanding architects and the only female in this elite category.
Jumoke is the principal partner of the multi award winning architecture firm - AD Consulting. She is also the founder of Awesome Treasures Foundation, a faith-based philanthropic organization, which has been recognized by the United Nations and is established on three continents with initiatives impacting millions. She is an alumnus of a number of prestigious institutions including the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, the Yale School of Management, the IESE Business School amongst others.
Jumoke is the pioneer recipient of the ‘New African Women in Business Award’, and she also won the Forbes Woman Africa Entrepreneur Award 2020. She is a Visiting Professor at Germany’s Leading Architecture program, Technische Universitat Munchen (TUM) in Germany.
She has spoken at several global platforms, including the Global Women’s Forum, Harvard Business School’s Africa Business Club, Cambridge University’s African Society, and SOLVE MIT’s flagship Conference for Global Thought Leaders and Innovators. Since 2011, she hosts her own syndicated radio program, Voice of Change on Leadership.

He is happily married to Tara Fela-Durotoye, a renowned Beauty Entrepreneur; and together, they have 3 sons.

Niyi Borire is an award-winning neurologist and neuroscience researcher, with a vision to empower leaders to create personal, professional or organizational change; build their institutions into a legacy; and understand how to create a moral authority by leveraging on neuroscience principles.
He is a certified leadership coach, keynote speaker and an engaging trainer/facilitator, having completed several accreditation qualifications including: a diploma in Neuroscience for Business from MIT, Boston USA; The Neuroscience of Leadership course with EnHansen Performance; and the John Maxwell Team Certification Programme.
Niyi has also garnered over a decade of management and leadership expertise as the Director of Southwest Neurology, a thriving and successful private practice based in Southwest Sydney. He is also a Squadron Leader in the Royal Australian Airforce.
